All previewed/used items are  sold complete, with all original packaging, each item tested and guaranteed, with same-item replacement, against working defects for 1 full year.

For new & used items, the following applies:

Defective goods (no damage to packaging, but contents not functional upon receipt) may be returned for same item exchange or full purchase credit at movieworksboston.com within 1 yr of invoice date. Reimbursement will be made for return shipping, according to USPS rates for Media Mail.

 Unopened goods (still in factory wrap) may be returned for full refund if postmark is within 45 days of movieworksboston.com invoice except for items shipped btwn Nov 1 -Dec 24, which enjoy a 90 day return period. Items received damaged may also be returned within the above periods for exchange credit or refund.

Refunds (for customer-elected returns) will be issued by company check within 5 days of receipt of returned goods. Any refunds due to product defects or our own shipping errors will be credited directly to customer credit card if applicable.
